Disclaimer
Before using our website, please read the terms&conditions set out below. By Using this website you agree to be bound by the terms of use. We reserve the right to review and revise the terms from time to time, without prior notice. By using this site you are automatically bound by any such changes. If you find the terms to be unacceptable you must immediately terminate your use of this website.


Substitutes
We reserve the right to make substitutes. Any substitutes will be equal to or greater value than the fireworks replaced.


Returns & Refund Policy

Goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery.



Before returning any items the customer must telephone us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be quoted on paperwork accompanying the item being returned.

Goods must be returned as sold, in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories.

Goods must be complete, unused and in as new condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received.

Goods must be returned within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days.

You must organise the return of items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a Returns Authorisation Number.

Goods received without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will be returned back to you and the cost charged to your account.


Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price. This also applies to typographical errors of product descriptions.


Liability
Our Sky Lanterns are intended for use by experienced fireworks operators.

Never use Sky Lanterns near airports, roads, dry standing crops, or in places where they may be misinterpreted as a distress signal. Remember that each Hot Air Sky Lantern is quite large, is a potential fire hazard, and has to land somewhere.

It is the responsibility of the firer to use the product safely.



Damage or Loss
In all cases where defects or shortages are complained of, the Company shall be under no liability in respect thereof unless an opportunity to inspect the goods is afforded to the Company before any use is made thereof or any alteration or modification is made thereto by the Customer.

The customer is under a duty to inspect the goods on delivery or on collection as the case may be.

Pricing
Despite our best efforts there may be errors in pricing within our online store. In the event that a price is higher we will be obliged to cancel the whole order.


Delivery
You must make sure you are available to take delivery or the carriers will charge an additional delivery charge for re-delivery which we will debit from your card. Please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address to avoid the extra charge for re-delivery.


Handling Complaints
All complaints should be sent by email to info@wishwhisper.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a two week period. The consumer will be informed throughout the process.


Statutory Rights
Nothing contained within our Terms and Conditions in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.


Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Right of Return
You can return the goods by the returns procedure within 14 days (the return/ revocation period) without giving a reason. This period does not commence until you have received the goods and these instructions. It is necessary to inform our customer service by telephone or e-mail. You will not be charged for returns if the goods are sent back within two weeks which is mandated by law. After this two week period you will be responsible for all charges incurred with your return. Please contact our customer service by phone or email so that we can schedule a return of your goods.


Consequences of Return
A valid product return involves the return of both the goods and the consideration, together with any benefits derived from them (e.g. usage factors). We are entitled to claim compensation for any damage to the goods, unless such damage can be exclusively attributed to such wear and tear as could arise from trying out the product in a shop. You can avoid such claims by making no use of the goods as if you owned them and doing nothing that could impair their value. If you exercise your right of return, the purchase contract is null and void.
